These cases cannot proceed until the fugitive Eliseo Soriano surrenders and be arraigned. From the looks of it, Eliseo Soriano has no intention of facing these charges and defending himself in a court of law. If the rape, frustrated murder, libel, and obstruction of justice were all fabricated. Soriano should have the courage to face them in court, particularly if he believes that God is with him.
Furthermore, he is not a man of simplicity who shuns luxury. Did you see the ADD properties that were all in his name. Besides, how does he afford to hide in comfort in different countries. Isn’t that luxury that burdens the ordinary ADD member who lives in simplicity.

Yes Eliseo Soriano would be innocent until proven guilty. Provided he takes his day and court and faces the charges.
The burden of proof is on the prosecution. He does not even have to prove his innocence. He only has to prove that he is not guilty beyond reasonable doubt.
That should be an easy thing to do for an innocent man. He does not have to run like a fugitive. Yet Soriano chose to run. It makes the logical mind doubt his innocence.
I refuse to believe Soriano’s followers are blind and without reason. They just need to exercise their right to think for themselves.
