After the onslaught of Typhoon Ondoy, the Iglesia ni Cristo were the first ones to reach out to more that 2000 victims in various towns in Pampanga.  [...]]]> The administration of the Iglesia ni Cristo continued its long running socio civic project to help local communities regardless of religious affiliation through it Lingap sa Mamamayan project. After the onslaught of Typhoon Ondoy, the Iglesia ni Cristo were the first ones to reach out to more that 2000 victims in various towns in Pampanga.  Most of the beneficiaris were not members of the Iglesia in the towns of Guagua, Candaba, Arayat and Mabalacat.

Other communities targeted for relief are the communities in Metro Manila and Rizal, as well as provinces of Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Cavite, Laguna, La Union, Pangasinan, Benguet, Batangas and the aforementioned Pampanga.

The Lingap project was initiated by the Late Excutive Minister Brother Eraño G. Manalo and is now being continued by the current Church Administration under Brother Eduardo V. Manalo.

The relief operations started immediately after the onslaught of typhoon Ondoy and has continued.
